Bonsai repotting sickle
An essential bonsai repotting tool for your kit. Use the sickle to loosen compact soil and stubborn compact roots from around the inside of the bonsai pot when repotting. May also be used to cut smaller branches although we recommend a Japanese folding bonsai saw.
A good size wooden handle, providing a comfortable easy grip making it manoeuvrable and is extremely sharp.
Tip – the sickle’s blade and handle are designed to carefully pull the tool towards you. This action works best, resulting in a much cleaner neat cut on the bonsai roots and branches.
